专业馆员的职业定位与能力重塑——新版《普通高等学校图书馆规程》的关联思考

On the Career Orientation and Capacity Training of Professional Librarian——Reflection on the New Edition of General Academic Library Regulation

新版《普通高等学校图书馆规程》将图书馆员区分为专业馆员和辅助馆员,首次给图书馆员以明确定位。本文基于对该《规程》专业馆员职业的理解,提出专业馆员能力提升的新视点,并指出图书馆与专业馆员能力重塑的基本途径。

The new edition of General Academic Library Regulation distinguishes librarian into professional librarian and assistant librarian, which gives the first clear position to librarian. Based on the understanding of the professional librarian career in the Regulation, this paper proposes the new perspectives needed to be improved for professional librarian, and points out the basic ways of capacity training for library and professional librarian.
