试论“读图时代”图书馆面向盲人的触觉图形服务

On the Tactile Graphic Service for Visually Impaired of Library in "Pictures Reading Age"

本文基于当前盲人获取图形图像信息的情况,分析了图书馆在"读图时代"开展盲人触觉图形服务的必要性,并从资源建设、借还流通、阅读指导3个方面介绍了国外图书馆开展触觉图形服务的现状,进而提出我国图书馆开展盲人触觉图形服务的建议,以期改变盲人无法读取图形信息的现状,使盲人能够通过触觉无障碍地获取图形信息。

This paper analyzes the current situation of visually impaired obtaining graphic and images information, and proposes the necessity of developing tactile graphic service of library in the＂pictures reading age＂, introduces the tactile graphic service situation of foreign libraries from three aspects of resource construction, borrowing and circulation and reading guidance, and then puts forward the suggestions of developing tactile graphic service for Chinese library, in order to change the present situation that the visually impaired can＇t read the graphic information and make the visually impaired be accessible to obtain the graphic information through tactile sensation.
