摘要
采用Matlab编程实现对氦液化流程的模拟,在验证模型准确性的基础上,针对流程中换热器的有效度对流程性能的影响进行了详尽的研究和分析。此外还分析得到了所有换热器大小对液化率的不同影响作用,并且从热力学角度探讨了其原因,所得结果对大型氦液化器中换热器的选择和面积分配具有指导意义。
Analysis on a simulation model developed by Matlab on helium liquefaction process was conducted in this paper. The influence of effectiveness of heat exchangers on performance of the cycle was mainly focused on, and some useful conclusions were drawn. The results that increasing area of different heat exchangers can lead to liquefaction rate increasing by different mag- nitude have guiding significance for the future design.
