摘要
线性压缩机为线性分置式斯特林制冷机的动力源,压缩机的效率基本决定了整机的制冷效率。本文设计出一款轻量化高效线性压缩机,采用Redlich型动磁式直线电机结构,通过向量分析法模型对线性压缩机进行动力学设计,通过试验验证设计并进行优化。
Linear compressor is the power source of split - Stifling cryocooler, its efficiency decides refrigeration efficiency of the eryoeooler. The paper designed a light weight and high efficiency linear compressor, which adopted Redlieh type motor structure. The dynamic design of the compressor was carried out by vector analysis model, verified and optimized by experiments.
