开放式创新视角下的内向型与外向型模式选择过程机理研究

A Study on Processes and Mechanism of Choosing Inbound and Outbound Models from an Open Innovation Perspective

开放式创新模式选择影响着创新绩效,但缺乏针对性研究。以开放式创新为视角,运用吸收能力、二次创新理论,针对国际化企业,提出一个两阶段的模型。采用逻辑回归与泊松回归,以高新技术企业为研究样本。结果发现企业吸收能力越强越倾向于选择内向型,知识积累具有中介作用。二次创新与内向型选择正相关,与外向型负相关。尽管内向型与外向型促进了创新绩效,但受到国际化程度、制度合法性距离的调节作用。

The choices of open innovation models influenced innovation performance, however, which lacks the rela- tive research. From an open innovation perspective, incorporating absorptive capabilities, secondary innovation theo- ries, we put forward a two stage model on internationalizing firms. We employed Logistic and Poisson regression model and high-tech firms as our research sample. One of the main findings is that the stronger the absorptive ca- pacities the higher possibilities that a finn intended to select inbound model in which the accumulation of knowledge functions as mediation. We also found that the secondary innovation positively related to inbound and negatively related to outbound model. Although both inbound and outbound models improved firms＇ innovation per- formance, their relationships were negatively moderated by the degree of internationalization and institutional legiti- macy distance.
