摘要
PVC类耐根穿刺防水卷材不能通过耐根穿刺性能测试的主要原因之一是卷材中间的胎基层存在芯吸现象,植物根系在趋水性的作用下沿着胎基层逐渐穿入卷材内部,造成测试失败。本文在分析了胎基层网布结构的基础上,对网布和卷材成品进行了防水性能测试,结果表明,采用单丝上胶处理和单丝防水处理网布作为胎基层制成的PVC类耐根穿刺防水卷材可以有效避免胎基层芯吸现象。
One of the main reasons that PVC root resistant waterproofing membrane can not pass the root resistance test is that the reinforcement in the middle of membrane has wicking phenomenon. Plant root gradually penetrate into the membrane along the reinforcement and causes test failure. The article analyzes the structure of reinforcement mesh and further conducts waterproofing performance tests on the mesh and final membrane. Resuhs show the PVC root resistant waterproofing membrane which adopts mesh with single filament gluing and waterproofing treated can effectively avoid reinforcement wicking phenomena.
