习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上的重要讲话,全面对思想政治教育理论课的改革和发展做出了顶层设计。本文在学习习总书记讲话精神及国务院印发的《意见》的基础上,探究思想政治教育过程的四个构成要素,即教育者、受教育者、教育介体和教育环体的优化路径。

General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, XI Jinping＇s important speech at the national conference on ideological and political work, has made the top-level design for the reform and development of ideological and political education theory. This article studies the speech spirit and the ‘Opinions＇ issued by the state council, based on which the exploring is conducted for the ideological and political education in the process of four elements, namely, educators, educated, education media,and education optimization path.
