桂林南药核心产品“技术领先+质量控制”双目标协同模式案例研究

A case study of the dual target collaborative model of “leading technology + quality control” for the core products of Guilin Pharmaceutical Corporation

基于"技术领先+质量控制"双目标协同模式,以桂林南药股份有限公司为例,运用案例研究法推导出了桂林南药施行的技术管理和质量管理的协同模型,揭示了双目标协同模式下企业发展的特点。对桂林南药技术升级以及核心产品突围过程进行了深入分析,对其技术管理流程进行了再次划分,构建出了其生产过程中的质量管理体系模型,并描绘了技术管理过程的动态特征。案例研究发现,桂林南药立足于研发创新,通过"技术领先+质量控制"双目标协同模式的构建,将技术管理手段和质量管理体系同步推进,成功实现了企业的技术升级与核心产品突围。

Based on the dual target collaborative model of＂leading technology ＋ quality control＂,this study derived a collaborative model of technical management and quality management from Guilin Pharmaceutical Corporation and revealed the enterprise development characteristics under the dual objective collaborative model by taking Guilin Pharmaceutical Corporation as an example. This paper constructed the quality management system model of enterprise in the production process and described the dynamic characteristics of Guilin Pharmaceutical Corporation＇s technical management process by analyzing the technological upgrading of enterprise and the core product breakthrough process and dividing the technical management processes of Guilin Pharmaceutical Corporation again. The case study found that Guilin Pharmaceutical Corporation has successfully realized the breakthrough of the technological upgrading and core products by constructed the dual target collaborative model of＂leading technology＋ quality control＂and implement synchronously technology management tools and quality management system.
