Hedgehog-Gli信号通路在组织器官纤维化中作用的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 研究发现Hedgehog-Gli信号通路不仅参与胚胎发育和组织发生,也参与机体多个组织器官纤维化。阻断Hedgehog-Gli信号通路时,组织器官纤维化程度减轻。Gli作为该通路直接调控靶基因的核心转录因子,在组织器官纤维化过程中起关键作用。因此,研究Hedgehog-Gli信号通路可能为治疗组织器官纤维化提供新的治疗靶点。该文就HedgehogGli信号通路在组织器官纤维化研究进展作一综述,以期为深入理解其发生、发展机制提供参考。
