CHENG Xinnong's Experiences in Meridian Tropism Differentiation and Diagnosis in Acupuncture Clinical Practice

介绍程莘农针灸临床归经辨证诊断的经验。根据病在不同经络,表现为不同经脉循行部位的病变以及不同经脉所属脏腑的功能障碍,提出循经归经辨证思想,即依据经脉的循行分布及其所联系的脏腑,对患者的症状和体征进行分析、归纳,从而判断其为某经或某经所联系脏腑的病证,以经统穴,再施以适当的补泻手法。同时内外相应,上下合参,辅以脏腑辨证等方法,正确地归经诊断和处方选穴。

The authors introduce Professor CHENG Xinnong＇s experiences in meridian tropism differentiation and diagnosis in acupuncture clinical practice. According to that disease at different channels and collaterals manifest lesions at different running course part of channels and dysfunction of Zang-fu viscera belongs to different channels,Prof. CHENG proposed running course of channel and meridian tropism differentiation theory,which means that according to the running course of channel and connecting Zang-fu viscera,patients＇ symptom and sign were analyzed and summarized,then the disease and syndrome of certain meridian or certain meridian connecting Zang-fu viscera were determined. using meridian to guide points,and applying proper reinforcing and reducing techniques. Meanwhile,internal and external correspondence,considering the upper and lower parts,combined with Zang-fu viscera syndrome differentiation and other methods,correct meridian tropism diagnose and point-selection could be made.
