白牛宣肺汤治疗感染后咳嗽的随机双盲对照临床研究

A Double Blind,Randomized Controlled Trial on Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction( 白牛宣肺汤) in Treating Postinfectious Cough

目的评价白牛宣肺汤治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效及安全性。方法将70例感染后咳嗽内有郁热、外邪未尽证患者随机分为中药组和对照组各35例,中药组采用白牛宣肺汤和孟鲁司特钠片模拟剂口服,对照组采用白牛宣肺汤模拟剂和孟鲁司特钠片口服,疗程均为7天,随访7天。随访结束后评价临床疗效及安全性。结果中药组日间咳嗽症状评分、夜间咳嗽症状评分及视觉模拟咳嗽症状积分(VAS积分)均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.001),且日间咳嗽评分、VAS积分均较对照组降低显著(P<0.05)。中药组临床疗效愈显率为90.91%,对照组为62.50%,中药组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。中药组治疗后综合症状评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.001),且中药组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.01)。中药组止咳起效时间、咳嗽缓解时间和咳嗽痊愈时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。中药组复发率为12.50%,对照组为40.00%,中药组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未出现不良事件。结论白牛宣肺汤治疗感染后咳嗽临床疗效显著,且复发率低、安全性好。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction（ 白牛宣肺汤） in treating postinfectious cough. Methods Seventy postinfectious cough patients with syndrome of endogenous stagnated heat and remaining exogenous pathogen were randomly divided into a Chinese medicine group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group. Chinese medicine group was given Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction and montelukast sodium tablet simulants orally. The control group was given Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction simulants and montelukast sodium tablets orally. Both groups were treated for 7 days and followed up for 7 days. Clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated after follow-up. Results After treatment,daytime and night cough symptom scores and visual analogue scale（ VAS score） in Chinese medicine group were all obviously lower than those before treatment（ P〈0. 001）. Daytime cough symptom scores and VAS score in Chinese medicine group were all obviously lower than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate in Chinese medicine group was 90. 91%,which was obviously higher than 62. 50% in control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,overall symptom score in Chinese medicine group was obviously lower than that before treatment（ P〈0. 001）. Composite symptom score in Chinese medicine group was obviously lower than that in control group（ P〈0. 01）. The onset time of stopping the cough,remission time of cough and healing time of cough in Chinese medicine group were all obviously shorter than those in control group（ P〈0. 01）. Recurrence rate in Chinese medicine group was 12. 50%,which was lower than 40. 00% in control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were no adverse events in the two groups. Conclusion Bainiu Xuanfei Decoction seems to have notable curative effect,low recurrence rate and good security in the treatment of postinfectious cough.
