摘要
高温铺装环氧沥青是一种性能优异的道路铺面材料,固化后强度较高且在高温下不易熔融流动。但是制备工艺对环氧沥青性能有显著影响,其中拌和温度对其各项性能的影响尤为显著。文中针对不同沥青作为基体的环氧沥青体系,分别研究了在150、170和190℃下拌和制备的环氧沥青的相态结构、力学性能和玻璃化转变过程。与150℃下拌和制得的环氧沥青固化物相比,170和190℃下制备的环氧沥青固化物的相容性明显改善,其力学性能也相对较高,其中170℃下制备的环氧沥青拉伸强度最高可达3.0 MPa,断裂伸长率为395%;此外190℃下制备的环氧沥青的玻璃化转变温度可降低至-13.7℃,在较低温度条件下能够保持良好的韧性,具备一定的变形能力。
Epoxy asphalt is a kind of outstanding paving materials,which has high strength and stability at high temperature after curing.However,preparation processing has significant impact on the performance of epoxy asphalt,especially the different mixing temperature.In this paper,different epoxy asphalts(EA)are prepared at 150℃,170℃ and 190℃,and the compatibility,mechanical properties and glass transition process of these EAs are studied.It is found that the both compatibility of EA prepared at 170℃ and 190℃are significantly improved with better mechanical properties compared with EA at 150℃,of which,the EA prepared at 170℃ have tensile strength and elongation at breakup of 3.0 MPa and 395% respectively;the glass transition temperature of EA prepared at 190℃is as low as-13.7℃,which is also lower than those prepared at 150 ℃ or 170 ℃.
