皮肤颗粒细胞瘤并发局部多毛

A case of cutaneous granular cell tumor with localized hypertrichosis

报告1例皮肤颗粒细胞瘤并发局部多毛。患者女,62岁。右前臂屈侧结节10年,偶伴疼痛或瘙痒。皮肤科检查:右前臂屈侧一1.5 cm×1.0 cm淡黄色结节,上覆少许褐色鳞屑,周边可见毛发,质硬。皮损组织病理检查:肿瘤团块位于真皮内,肿瘤细胞呈条索状分布,胞体大,核小呈圆形,胞质红染,充满嗜酸性颗粒物质。免疫组化:S-100蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、转录因子SOX-10及CD68均阳性。诊断:皮肤颗粒细胞瘤。

A case of cutaneous granular cell tumor with localized hypertrichosis is reported. A 62-year-old woman had had a nodule, with causal pain and itching, on the right forearm flexor for 10 years. Dermatological examination showed a firm yellowish nodule sized 1.5 cm × 1.0 cm, covered with brown scales, and surrounded by hair, on the right forearm flexor. Histopatho- logical examination showed the large tumor cells, with small round nuclei, arranged in cord-like form in the dermis. The cytoplasm appeared red and contained abundant eosinophilic granular materials. Immunohistochemisuy of tumor cells showed positive for S-100 protein, NSE, SOX-10 and CD68. The diagnosis was cutaneous granular cell tumor.
