摘要 采用单因素试验方法研究水胶比及粉煤灰取代率对自密实炉渣混凝土的工作性能、表观密度和力学性能的影响。结果表明:以炉渣作为骨料配制出的自密实轻骨料混凝土工作性能符合JGJ/T 283—2012的要求,粉煤灰取代率对自密实炉渣混凝土各项性能影响相比水胶比变化更为显著。自密实炉渣混凝土的最优水胶比为0.42,粉煤灰取代率为70.0%,此时混凝土表观密度为1645.5 kg/m^3,28 d抗压、抗折强度分别为16.3、2.2 MPa。 It is investigated the influence of the different water-binder ratio and the rate of fly ash replacement on workabili- ty,apperent density and mechanical properties of the self-compacting slag concrete by single factor experiment. The results showed that the slag can be applied to the self-compacting lightweight aggregate concrete and the operating performance of self-consolidating slag concrete meets the requirement of JGJ/T 283-2012. The influence extent on the performance of the self-compacting slag concrete is related more to the rate of fly ash replacement than water-binder ratio. The optimum parameters to extract were as follows:the water-binder ratio 0.42,the rate of fly ash replacement 70.0%. And at this moment the apparent density is 1645.5 kg/m^3, the 28 d compressive strength is 16.3 MPa, and'the 28 d flexural strength is 2.2 MPa.
