低温固化环氧树脂灌浆材料的性能研究 被引量:13

摘要 采用硫脲与二乙烯三胺为原料合成硫脲改性胺,然后与多聚甲醛、苯酚进行曼尼斯反应,制得含有硫脲基团的曼尼斯碱作为环氧树脂固化剂,再配以环氧树脂及活性稀释剂制得低温固化环氧树脂灌浆材料。研究了活性稀释剂和固化剂用量对环氧灌浆材料性能的影响。结果表明,浆液的黏度可在500~1000 m Pa·s调节,固结体抗压强度≥60 MPa,室温(25℃)初凝时间5~10 min可调,低温(5℃)初凝时间30~90 min可调,可用于低温环境下的补强加固及堵漏灌浆材料。 A Mannich base with thiourea group had been prepared by Mannich reaction of paraformaldehyde, phenol and thiourea modified amines which were synthesized by thiourea and diethylenetriamine,then,a new kind of low-temperature curing e- poxy-resin grouting material was prepared by mixing with epoxy resin and reactive diluents. The effects of reactive diluent and curing agent on the properties of epoxy-resin grouting material were investigated. The results showed that the viscosity was adjust- ed in 500-1000 mPa·s,the compressive strength of' consolidation was greater than or equal to 60 MPa, the initial setting time at room temperature (25 ℃) was adjusted in 5-10min, and the initial setting time at low temperature (5 ℃) was adjusted in 30-90 min. This grouting material can be used for reinforcing and plugging at low temperature.
