摘要
研究了自制皂化松香引气剂对粉煤灰、减水剂、不同塑性混凝土的适应性,并对其机理进行了分析。结果表明,在混凝土中,皂化松香引气剂对烧失量低、粒形好的粉煤灰有良好的适应性;在相同混凝土坍落度和含气量的条件下,皂化松香引气剂与聚羧酸减水剂复配的掺量低于与萘系减水剂复配时的掺量;皂化松香引气剂在塑性大的混凝土中的引气性能优于在塑性小的混凝土中的引气性能。
The adaptability of Saponified rosin to the materials such as the fly ash,the water reducing agent and he concretet of different plasticity,was studied and the mechanism was analyzed in the article. The results were concluded that: the saponified rosin air-entraimng agent adapted well to the fly ash with low ignition Zoss and good grain .shape in the concrete. Saponified rosin air-entraining agent is more adaptive to the polycarboxyl-c superplasticizer in the concrete companng with the naphthalene super- plasticizer under the same slumps and air content, Saponified rosin air-entraining agent is easy to entrain air bubbles in the high plastic concrete,but diffieult to entrain air bubbles in the low plastic concrete.
