The Excavation of the Huahuiyuan Cemetery at the Lijiayao Site of the Spring and Autumn Periods, Sanmenxia

三门峡市李家窑遗址是虢国都城上阳城所在地。花卉苑M17位于上阳城西城墙南段,并打破城墙,出土少量铜礼器、玉石器,年代为春秋中晚期之际。墓主人是一位士级贵族,其族属与秦国或秦文化密切相关。

The Lijiaya site at Sanmenxia used to be the Shangyang capital of the Guo state. Tomb No. 17 at Huahuiyuan is located on the western wall of the Shangyang settlement. A few bronze wares, jade artifacts were unearthed from it, which date to the middle and late phases of the Spring and Autumn periods. The tomb occupant is an elite of the shi class, whose ethnicity is highly related to Qin.Sanmenxia, Lijiaya, burial, Spring and Autumn periods
