习近平在省部级主要领导干部"学习习近平总书记重要讲话精神,迎接党的十九大"专题研讨班上首次作出了四个"伟大"的理论新概括。这四个方面,不仅战略性地概括了党和国家正在做的事情,而且构成了一个完整而科学的思想系统。四个"伟大"揭示了"强国"与"强党"的统一关系,蕴含了"强国必先强党"与"强党成就强国"的战略逻辑。建设社会主义现代化强国,必须以强党兴党为理论前提,必须以"强党成就强国"为实现路径。

The CPC Secretary General Xi Jin-ping initiated a new statement on the four Great Missions at a seminar for major cadres and officials at ministerial and provincial-level, whose theme is'studying the essence of Xi Jin-ping's critical speeches and embracing the upcoming 19 th CPC National Congress'. The four theoretical summaries not only strategically generalize the current undertaking of the CPC and the nation, but also form a comprehensive and scientific ideological system. The four Great Missions uncovers the integrated relations between a powerful country and a powerful party, and embodies the strategic logic that'a powerful party goes before a powerful country'and vice versa. We should uphold the premise of initially building a powerful party and then construct a powerful country on the basis of a prospering party.
