智慧城市建设进展与策略

信息不对称使得资源优化配置问题始终困扰着经济社会发展。随着新一代信息技术的成熟与应用,智慧城市建设将实现经济社会精准发展,引领人类步入智慧文明的新时代。智慧城市是在新一代信息技术支持下的城市产业发展、民生改善与治理智慧化,是未来城市形态和各国竞相发展的领域,其发展需经历数字化、网络化、智能化、智慧化4个阶段。我国智慧城市建设起步早、见效快,在网络信息技术领域形成了系列成果,一些地区基本完成了智慧城市的前2个发展阶段,开始向高级阶段发展,但整体来看,我国智慧城市建设尚处于初级阶段。本文就智慧城市建设存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议。

Due to the asymmetry of information, the problem of resource optimization allocation has always troubled economic and social development. With the maturity and application of the new generation of information technology, the construction of smart city will realize the precise development of economic society and lead mankind into the new era of intelligent civilization. With the support of the new generation of information technology, the smart city is the wisdom of the development of urban industry, the improvement of people＇s livelihood and the governance. It is the urban form of the future, and is a field of development for all countries. Its development needs to go through four stages of digitization, networking, intelligence and wisdom. China＇s smart city construction has started early and achieved quick results. It has formed a series of achievements in the field of network information technology, basically completed the first two stages of the smart city and begun the development of the advanced stage. The paper puts forward some strategies on the problem of the construction of smart city.
