基于循环经济的低碳旅游模式构想——以江西省为例

低碳旅游模式的创新既是建立区域低碳旅游的可靠路径,也是区域旅游低碳化发展的核心。本文分析了循环经济下的低碳旅游涵义,并结合婺源乡村旅游具体案例,从旅游活动的主体、客体、媒介和载体四维度分析,以及从宏观、中观和微观尺度探讨了一种基于循环经济理论的低碳旅游模式。该模式以生物处理中心为核心,是乡村体验旅游、观光农业旅游和农-工-旅结合三种旅游形态下循环式低碳发展的乡村旅游系统,它从不同途径促进旅游活动中碳排放的减少,为实现全域低碳旅游发展提供科学思路。

Low-carbon tourism mode innovation is to establish a reliable path and a core of regional low-carbon tourism. The paper first introduced the meaning of low-carbon tourism based on the circular economy, and a scheme of low-carbon tourism mode based on circular economy was put up from the four dimensions of the subject, the object, the medium and the medi- um of the tourism activity, as well as macroscopic, mesoscopic and microscopic perspectives by the case study of Wuyuan. In the mode, a rural tourism system under the cycle of low-carbon development with a biological treatment center as the core was built up by three tourism forms of the rural experience tourism, the sightseeing agriculture tourism and agricul- ture-industry-tourism integration. This can provide scientific ideas to achieve Wuyuan low-carbon tourism development from different ways to promote the reduction of carbon emissions in tourism activities. Therefore, the Wuyuan rural tourism mode based on the circular economy theory can realize the development of low-carbon tourism in regional tourism.
