企业政治战略与创新战略整合研究

在政治关联的情形下提升企业创新绩效,迫切需要进行政治战略与创新战略的有效整合。本文探究了企业政治战略与创新战略的整合原则、整合过程、整合模式。在整合原则方面,要力图实现协同效应、政策效应和战略过程效应,保证整合的科学性、艺术性和目标性。在整合过程中,要遵循位置分析、战略分析、策略分析的逐层递进,直至形成具体的整合策略。每个分析过程均需综合考虑市场因素、组织因素和政治因素,积极应对创新的五种竞争力量。在整合模式上,要注意运用三种基本模式,即战略协同、事项协同、战略互动,注意三种模式的相互作用关系以及适用的资源条件和三种模式知识条件。

In order to enhance the performance of enterprise innovation in the context of political connections, the effective integration of political strategy and innovation strategy is urgent. This paper intends to explore the integration principles, integration process and integration model of corporate political strategy and innovation strategy. In terms of the integration principle, it is highlighted to achieve synergistic effect, policy effect and strategic process effect as to ensure scientificity, artistry and objective of integration. In the integration process, it is highlighted to follow the gradually progressive strategy of position analysis, strategic analysis and tactic analysis as well as the formation of the specific integration. Meanwhile, each analysis process should take into account the market factors, organizational factors and political factors, and actively respond to the five competing forces of the innovation. In the integration model, we should pay attention to the use of three basic models of strategic coordination, event synergy, strategic interaction, the interaction of the three models and the applicable resource conditions, as well as the three models of knowledge conditionss.
