Industrial Land Use Transition:A Literature Review

工业用地利用转型研究不仅丰富了全球土地计划和土地利用转型的研究内容,还对提高市场机制配置土地资源的能力,促进经济发展方式转变具有重要的意义。文章从时空变化、驱动机制和社会经济环境效应三个方面对国内外工业用地利用转型研究进行综述。研究结果表明:(1)现有研究对工业用地利用转型的时空变化、驱动机制和效应进行了初步探索,获得了一些极具价值的成果。(2)需要将工业用地利用纳入到自然环境系统、社会经济系统和管理系统之中,从而构建工业用地利用转型的理论框架。(3)需加强对工业用地隐性形态的研究,加强对工业用地利用转型的过驱动机制和效应的研究,促进工业用地利用转型机理的揭示。(4)需关注空间效应对工业用地利用转型的影响,加强不同空间尺度的综合研究。

Research on industrial land use transformation will not only enrich the studies on global land project and land use transformation in general, but also is to improve the market mechanisms to distribute land resources and to accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development. The paper reviews the industrial land use transformation at home and overseas from the following three perspectives：The time-space transformation, driving mechanisms and socio-economic implications. The findings are that： （l）The current research has done some preliminary work on industrial land use transformation with some valuable results; （2）Study on industrial land use should be further included in the natural environment, socio-eeonomic and management systems to establish a theoretical framework for industrial land use transformation; （3）More studiesshould be conducted on the bidden form of industrial land use to strengthen the study on the mechanisms and implications of industrial land use transformation; （4）Further research should be delivered to reveal the relationship between spatial scales and industrial land use transformation, especially to conduct holistic studies at different geographical scales.
