不同产地香叶油中挥发性成分的GC-TOF/MS分析

Analysis of volatile components in geranium oil from different producing areas by GC-TOF/MS

为探讨不同产地香叶油中挥发性成分的差异,采用气相色谱-飞行时间质谱法进行挥发性成分定性,并通过质谱库检索,结合保留指数比对,从法国、广西和云南3个产地的香叶油中分别鉴定出91、71和63种挥发性成分,分别占总峰面积的97.24%、99.35%和98.15%。不同产地香叶油挥发性成分在组成和含量上存在一定的差异,3者共有成分46个,且主要的共有成分为香茅醇、甲酸香茅酯、香叶醇、甲酸香叶酯、芳樟醇、玫瑰醚等化合物。通过保留指数来鉴定香叶油中挥发性成分,提高化合物定性的准确性。该方法稳定可靠,适用于香叶油挥发性成分的分析。

In order to explore the differences of volatile components of geranium oil from different producing areas, the volatile components were analyzed by use of gas chromatography-time-of- flight mass spectrometry. With the mass spectrometry library search, 91, 71 and 63 volatile components were identified by using retention index from geranium oil that were produced in France, Guangxi and Yunnan area, representing 97.24%, 99.35% and 98.15% of the total volatile components. There were certain differences in the kinds and contents of volatile components in geranium oil from different producing areas, and the number of common composition were 46. The main common compositions were citronellol, citronellyl formate, geraniol, geranyl formate, linalool, rose oxide. The volatile components in geranium oil were con- firmed by using retention index, and the aecuracv of comnound aualitative analvsis was imnroved.This method for quantitative determination of volatile components in geranium oil is stable and reliable.
