英国脱欧对欧盟和中东欧国家的政治影响

Brexit and Its Political Impact on Central and Eastern European Countries

在经济全球化和区域合作深入发展的时代背景下,加入欧洲一体化进程43年的英国做出脱离欧盟的决定,表明欧盟治理机制失灵和成员国在应对多重危机时出现难以弥合的分歧。然而,英国脱欧也促使新老成员国反思欧盟的发展方向,推动欧盟加速改革。本文首先分析了英国脱欧对欧盟整体上的政治影响,也就是对欧盟27个成员国生存发展大环境的影响。接着重点讨论了英国脱欧对其天然盟友中东欧国家的政治影响。最后探讨了英国脱欧公投后被重新提上议事日程的"多速欧洲"计划将可能对欧盟和中东欧国家产生哪些影响。

Under background of economic globalization and regional cooperation development,the UK which had 43 years in the European integration process decided to exit out the EU.It shows that governance mechanism failed and EU member states couldn’t bridged their differences in dealing with multiple crises.However,Brexit has also prompted new and old members to rethink the direction of the EU and push for accelerated reforms.This paper analyzes the political influence of Brexit on the EU as a whole.It focuses on the political impact of Brexit on Britain’s natural ally,Central and Eastern European countries.Finally the impact of the multi-speed Europe project,that was resurrected after the Brexit,on the European Union and member states of Central and Eastern Europe is analyzed.
