上颌骨肿瘤切除后眶底缺损的即刻修复重建 被引量:1

摘要 上颌骨及上颌窦肿瘤的治疗常需行上颌骨全切除术,由此所致的眶底缺损常引起复视、眼球下陷、下睑外翻等并发症,导致一系列的功能障碍和眶周畸形,严重影响患者的生存质量和身心健康。临床上,对于眶底缺损的修复重建方法很多,主要包括软组织瓣移植联合赝复体修复,非血管化和血管化骨瓣移植,生物材料的应用等。本文就近年来上颌骨全切除后眶底缺损的各类修复重建方法及其优缺点进行综述。 Total maxillectomy is always necessary for the surgical treatment of maxillary and maxillary sinus tumor. The resulting orbital floor defect may cause serious complications, such as diplopia, enophthalmos, and ectropion, which lead to both severe functional problems and periorbital deformities seriously affecting the patients' physical and mental health and quality of life. A variety of methods have been developed to reconstruct orbital floor defects, including nonvascularized and vascularized bone grafts, soft-tissue flaps in conjunction with maxillofacial prostheses, and biological materials. In this article, various methods for orbital floor reconstruction after total maxillectomy are summarized, including the advantages and disadvantages.
