聚谷氨酸硫基复合肥在甜高粱和多花黑麦草上的肥效 被引量:5

摘要 为了评价聚谷氨酸硫基复合肥(S-basedγ-PGA fertilizer)在甜高粱(Sorghum bicolor)和多花黑麦草(Lolium multiflorum)上的肥效,以尿素和硫基复合肥(S-based fertilizer)为对照,采用盆栽试验,研究了不同施氮水平(75、150、225kg·hm^(-2))下聚谷氨酸硫基复合肥对甜高粱和多花黑麦草生产性能及氮素利用效率的影响。结果表明,聚谷氨酸硫基复合肥处理的甜高粱产量、粗蛋白含量及氮素利用效率在150和225kg·hm^(-2)两个施氮水平下均优于对照(P<0.05);多花黑麦草生产性能与对照相比差异不显著(P>0.05),但氮素利用效率在75和150kg·hm^(-2)两个施氮水平下均优于对照(P<0.05)。分析结果说明,聚谷氨酸硫基复合肥肥效优于尿素和硫基复合肥,且甜高粱和多花黑麦草能够获得较高的产量、品质,且氮素利用效率高。 To evaluate the effect of sulphur-based y-poly glutamic acid fertiliser (S-based y-PGA fertiliser) on sweet sorghum (Sorghum bicolor) and Italian ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum), we studied their growth performance and N uptake efficiency under different N application levels in pot tests withurea and S-based fertiliser as control. The results showed that under treatment by S-based y-PGA fertilizer, sorghum yield, crude protein content, and N uptake efficiency were better than that in the control group at N application levels of 150 and 9.25 kg N· ha-1, There was no difference in the growth performance of Italian ryegrass compared to that in the control, whereas the N uptake efficiency was higher than that in the control at 75 and 150 kg N · ha-1. The results suggested that S-based γ -PGA fertiliser has a better effect than that of urea and S-based fertiliser, the yield and quality of sweet sorghum and Italian ryegrass can be improved, and that the N uptake efficiency is high.
