20世纪末美国互联网泡沫及其对中国互联网产业发展的启示

20世纪末,美国互联网产业在迅速发展的同时也积累起较严重的泡沫。由于企业经营理念不当、产业链断裂、经济结构失衡、政府监管不力等多方面原因,导致互联网泡沫破灭,并给美国互联网产业乃至整个经济发展造成了不利影响。近年来,中国互联网产业发展迅速。与此同时,伴随着大量资本的聚集,互联网领域也正在形成一定的泡沫风险。与多年前的美国相比,尽管中国现阶段的互联网泡沫尚不严重,且很大程度上是互联网产业创新发展衍生出的"副产品",但我们仍需汲取当年美国互联网泡沫破灭的教训,加强对互联网产业的监管,着力提升产业创新能力,重点促进互联网与实体经济融合,及时化解互联网泡沫风险,促进互联网产业健康发展。

At the end of last century, the Internet industry in the United States developed rapidly, at the same time accumulated serious bubble. As the wrong business philosophy, rupture of industry chain, imbal- anced economic structure and feckless regulators, the Internet bubble finally burst , which has given the development of Internet industry and American economy a great beat. For now, our Internet industry is de- veloping rapidly, which gathered a lot of capital as well as some bubble risks. Compared with the United States, the Internet bubble of the our country is not terrible. It is the ＂by-product＂ in the Internet innova- tion and development. But we still should take warning from this example, strengthen the supervision of In- ternet industry, speed up technology innovation, focus on the fusion of the Internet and real economy, sup- press and dissolve the risk of Internet bubble as much as possible, to promote the sound development of In- temet industry.
