城乡关系视野下的理想中国

Ideal China in the Perspective of Urban and Rural Relationships

城市与乡村之间基于自然互惠关系而构成的城乡互依互赖的城乡连续体,因为近现代以来种种的人为的制度性因素而被相互分离开来,形成了城乡之间固有的循环关系的断裂。此种局面有必要在新型城乡关系下加以重构,实现一种理想样态的城乡关系,实现一种新的城乡连续体的构建。乡村作为基础,而城市作为其补充的城乡关系格局在新的全球意义下的转型背景下在经历着一种新的扭转,乡村文化原有的坚韧的硬性正在被逐渐打破,但一边倒的极端城市化发展路径显然也没有什么出路可言,特别是对于中国这样一个有着悠久农业文明传统的国家而言,一种真正合理的城乡关系的建立,恰又是未来理想中国得以构建的根基所在。

The urban and rural continuum is based on the mutual natural reciprocal relationship between urban and rural areas, but this continuum is stopped by man-made systems, so the natural relationship is broken. Now we must build a new-typed relationship between urban and rural areas, but it is clear that there is no way out for the extreme urbanization development, especially for China with along tradition of agricultural civilization. So a true and proper establishment of urban and rural relationship is the root for the ideal China in the future.
