大孔树脂纯化过岗龙总多酚的工艺研究 被引量:5

Purification technology of polyphenols from Entadae caulis by macroporous resin

摘要 目的考察大孔树脂对过岗龙多酚的吸附性能和较优的纯化工艺参数,确立纯化过岗龙多酚的较优工艺。方法以过岗龙多酚的吸附量和解吸率为指标,考察纯化过岗龙多酚的最佳吸附树脂,并确立其工艺参数。结果 AB-8大孔树脂的吸附解吸性能最佳,其纯化过岗龙多酚的最佳工艺为:提取液上样液浓度为2.65 mg/ml,上样量12 BV,p H值为3.0,上样流速为7 BV/h,洗脱剂为5 BV的70%乙醇,洗脱流速3 BV/h。结论在该条件下,过岗龙总多酚纯度由纯化前的23.49%提高到47.38%,说明AB-8大孔树脂对过岗龙多酚的纯化具有显著的作用。研究结果为过岗龙多酚的进一步开发利用提供了依据。 Objective To find a better method and purify polyphenols in Entadae caulis,the absorption capability and purification effect of Entadae caulis on macroporous resin were evaluated. Methods Adsorption capacity and dead sorption rate,the indexes in this experiment were used to examine the better conditions through optimization process by macroporous resin. Results AB-8macroporous resin had better adsorption capacity and dead sorption rate. The optimum conditions of purifying polyphenols by macroporous resin were sample solution concentration 2. 65 mg/m L,sample solution in p H 3. 0,feeding speed 7 BV/h,5 BV concentration of ethanol 70% and eluting speed 3 BV/h. Conclusion Under these conditions,the purity of polyphenols increased from 23. 49% to 47. 38%,indicating that AB-8 macroporous resin had a significant effect on the purification of polyphenols. The results provide a basis for the further utilization of polyphenols in Entadae caulis.
