摘要 目的制定中药炮制辅料药用盐质量标准,以保证药用盐和盐炙炮制饮片质量稳定。方法对比不同产地和不同厂家34批食用盐样品,研究比较3种国家标准食用盐和《中国药典》大青盐、氯化钠等规定,鉴别药用盐中钠盐和氯化物,检测药用盐溶液澄清度和颜色、亚铁氰化钾、水分、水不溶物、重金属含量和砷盐含量,测定药用盐中氯化钠(Na Cl)含量。结果初步制定了中药炮制辅料药用盐质量标准。结论初步制定的药用盐质量标准,方法简便可靠,为中药炮制辅料药用盐的质量标准研究奠定基础。 Objective To establish the quality standard of medicinal salt for processing excipients to ensure the medicinal salt and salt processing products' stable quality. Methods Comparison of different origin and different manufacturers of edible salt in34 batches,study and compare the three national standard edible salt and Halitum and sodium chloride in Chinese Pharmacopoeia and other provisions. This quality standard research contents include identification of sodium salt and chloride in medicinal salt,check the salt solution clarity and color,potassium ferrocyanide,moisture,water-insoluble,heavy metals and arsenic salt,and determination of sodium chloride content. Results The quality standard of medicinal salt for processing excipients was established. Conclusion The quality standard of medicinal salt was preliminarily established,and the method is simple and reliable.and lay the foundation for the study on the quality standard of medicinal salt for processing excipients.
