熟地黄泽泻郁金合煎液中2种成分煎出量的变化 被引量:2

Changes of decoction amount for two components in different combinations of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata,Alismatis Rhizoma and Radix Curcumae

摘要 目的研究熟地黄、泽泻、郁金合煎液中5-羟甲基糠醛、23-乙酰泽泻醇B煎出量的变化,为探讨三药合煎液的药效物质奠定基础。方法药材分为单煎-1(熟地黄)、单煎-2(泽泻)、单煎-3(郁金)、合煎-1(熟地黄/泽泻)、合煎-2(熟地黄/郁金)、合煎-3(泽泻/郁金)、合煎-4(熟地黄/泽泻/郁金)等7组,分别制备水煎液干浸膏,超声法提取,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测并计算煎出量(以药材计)。结果 5-羟甲基糠醛煎出量由高至低依次为单煎-1、合煎-1、合煎-4、合煎-2;23-乙酰泽泻醇B煎出量由高至低依次为合煎-3、合煎-1、合煎-4、单煎-2。结论与熟地黄、泽泻单煎液比较,合煎液中5-羟甲基糠醛煎出量降低,23-乙酰泽泻醇B煎出量增加,且差异均具有显著性(P<0.01),推测三药合煎液发挥药效作用可能与23-乙酰泽泻醇B有关,一定程度上为阐明三药合煎液的药效物质提供了科学依据。 Objective To study the changes of decoction amount of 5-hydroxymethylfurfura( 5-HMF) and Alisol B 23-acetyl in different decoction of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata,Alismatis Rhizoma and Radix Curcumae. Methods Medicinal materials were divided into Rehmanniae Radix Preparata( RRP),Alismatis Rhizoma( AR),Radix Curcumae( RC),Rehmanniae Radix Preparata/Alismatis Rhizoma( RRP-AR),Rehmanniae Radix Preparata/Radix Curcumae( RRP-RC),Alismatis Rhizoma/Radix Curcumae( AR-RC),Rehmanniae Radix Preparata/Alismatis Rhizoma/Radix Curcumae( RRP-AR-RC) and they were abstracted by the way of ultrasonication,the contents of chemical composition were determined by HPLC,and the amounts of decoction were obtained by calculation. Results The amount of 5-HMF extract from high to low in order to RRP,RRP-AR,RRP-AR-RC,RRP-RC; the amount of Alisol B 23-acetyl extract from high to low in order to AR-RC,RRP-AR,RRP-AR-RC,AR. Conclusion When Rehmanniae Radix Preparata,Alismatis Rhizoma and Radix Curcumae were decocted together,the decoction amount of 5-HMF decreased while the decoction amount of Alisol B 23-acetyl increased( P〈0. 01). And it is speculate that Alisol B 23-acetyl may be the main component of the three medicine decoction to play a role in the efficacy.To a certain extent,it provides a scientific basis for the elucidation of the effective substance basis of the three drug combination decoction.
