历代本草和药典均记载吴茱萸有小毒,有关吴茱萸毒性的现代研究逐年增多,但其毒性物质基础和作用机制尚不明确。文章通过对历代古籍和新近文献的整理分析,对吴茱萸毒性进行归纳概括,指出应在中医药理论指导下看待吴茱萸的功效和毒性。文章对加强吴茱萸毒性研究、促进吴茱萸的安全使用具有积极意义,同时为进一步研究吴茱萸毒性提供文献依据和研究思路。

Evodia rutaecarpa was described as＂low toxicity＂in classic books and modern pharmacopeia. The reports about the toxicity of Evodia rutaecarpa are increasing during recent years,but its material basis and mechanism are yet unknown. Based on the document analysis,this paper summarized the toxicity of Evodia rutaecarpa,and drew a conclusion that the efficacy and toxicity of Evodia rutaecarpa should be comprehended and studied according to the holistic and dialectic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This work has active effect on the research of the toxicity,and the clinic safety of Evodia rutaecarpa. It can also provide the literature basis and research thoughts for the toxicity research of Evodia rutaecarpa.
