摘要
目的观察不同时长的脊柱推拿对脑瘫幼鼠生长发育及运动功能的影响,探究推拿治疗时间与疗效的关系。方法将新生40只SD幼鼠随机分为空白对照组(n=8)和实验组(n=32);实验组又随机分为4个亚组:模型对照组(n=8)和模型+推拿1组(n=8),模型+推拿2组(n=8),模型+推拿3组(n=8)。模型制备:幼鼠出生后第3天(3-day-postnatal,P3),采用单侧颈总动脉结扎联合缺氧缺血的方法制备动物模型,造模后1d(P4)开始进行脊柱推拿;各组在相同的时间点检测幼鼠的体重和睁眼时间,并进行倾斜板实验。结果空白对照组与模型对照组相比,体重、睁眼时间以及倾斜板实验结果皆具有明显统计学差异,表明造模成功。与模型对照组相比,模型+推拿1、模型+推拿2、模型+推拿3组幼鼠体重明显增加(P<0.05),推拿组组间两两对比并无统计学显著差异(P>0.05);睁眼时间:模型对照组>模型+推拿1组>模型+推拿2组、模型+推拿3组,除模型+推拿2组与模型+推拿3组比较无显著统计学差异外(P=0.285),各组间两两比较均有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。倾斜板角度:模型+推拿2组>模型+推拿3组>模型+推拿1组>模型对照组,各组间两两比较均有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论脊柱推拿对缺氧缺血型脑瘫幼鼠的生长发育及运动功能恢复具有明显的促进作用;推拿的时长并非与效果成正比,选择适宜的时长进行推拿,效果更佳。
Objective To observe different treatment times spinal massage at hypoxic ischemia encephalopathy immature rats' growth and influence of motor function aims to explore the relationship on massage therapy time and curative effect. Methods 40 SD newborn baby mice were randomly divided into blank control group( n = 8) and experimental group( n = 32); Experimental group randomly divided into four subgroups: model control group( n = 8),model + massage 1 group( n = 8),model + massage2 groups( n = 8) and model + massage 3 groups( n = 8). Model preparation: adopt the method of unilateral carotid artery ligation combined hypoxia-ischemia,3 days after birth( 3-day-postnatal,P3) rats were prepared to be animal model and in P4 began to accept intervention of spinal massage. Each groups were be observed on change of weight and when eyes opened,tested in oblique plate experiment in the same time. Results Blank control group compared with model control group,the weight,open time,and tilt plate experiment results are significant statistical difference,suggests building success. Compared with model control group,the weight of model + massage 1,2,3 groups were increased significantly( P 0. 05),Contrast between every two groups in massage there is no statistically significant difference( P〉0. 05); Open time: model control group model + massage group 1 the model + massage group 2,3 groups,in addition to the model + massage 2 groups compared with model + massage 3 groups there was no significant statistical difference( P = 0. 285),there was significant statistical difference( P 〈0. 05) among the groups. Inclined plate Angle: model + massage group 2 model + massage group 3 model + massage group 1 model control group,there was significant statistical differences( P〈0. 05) between each two groups. Conclusion Spinal massage therapy has obvious effect on promoting growth and movement function recovery of hypoxia ischemia SD rats. Not the longer massage,the more obvious curative effect is. To choose appropriate times for the massage,the effect is better.
