摘要
利用超声波辅助法提取甜叶菊中黄酮类化合物,并采用分光光度法测定所提取黄酮类化合物的含量。考察了乙醇的浓度、甜叶菊的质量与乙醇体积比(料液比)、超声波辅助提取甜叶菊中黄酮类化合物所用的时间及提取次数等因素变化对甜叶菊中黄酮类化合物提取率的影响。得到了超声波辅助提取甜叶菊中黄酮类化合物控制条件:采用60%的乙醇,甜叶菊的质量与乙醇体积比为1:25(g/m L),超声提取时间20min,提取3次。在上述条件下,甜叶菊中黄酮类化合物的提取率为2.54%。
Extraction of Stevia flavonoids by ultrasonic assisted method and spectrophotometric determination of the flavonoids extraction.The effects of ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic time and extraction times on the extraction rate of flavonoids in Stevia rebaudiana were investigated.Extraction of Stevia flavonoids conditions : the concentration of extraction agent in ethanol was 60%, solid-liquid ratio was 1:25 (g/mL), 3 times of extraction, the extraction time was 20min.Under this condition, the extraction rate of Stevia flavonoids was 2.55%.
