以实际应用为导向的农学专业理论与实践教学探讨

Discussion on Practical Application-oriented Theory and Practice Teaching of Agronomy

如今我国的农业高等教育还没有做到理论与实践相结合教学,为了改进我国高等农业院校对农业技术人才的教育模式,为提高作为一名高等农业院校教师的教学能力,前往梅西大学,对其教学模式和农业专业课程内容等方面进行了观摩和学习。梅西大学的农学专业是其传统的优势学科。该文从我在梅西大学的个人收获与体会以及对自身教学的反思等方面讲述,旨在通过梅西大学农业高等教育与我国农业高等教育的比较,取其可借鉴之处,对今后的教学工作提出几点改进措施。

Nowadays, China＇s agricultural higher education has not yet been combined with theory and practice.In order to improve the educational mode of agricultural technical talents in higher agricultural colleges and universities in China, to improve the teaching ability of teachers as a higher agricultural college, I went to Massey University and learned their teaching mode and agricultural professional courses and other aspects of the observation and learning. Agronomy in Massey University is its traditional dominant discipline.This article is mainly about my personal experience and reflection in Massey University.Through comparing the Massey University agricultural higher education with China＇s agricultural higher education, its good experiences are taken, and help us to make some improvements in the future of teaching work.
