摘要 为了探索绵羊多胎性的分子机理以及为哈萨克羊多胎繁殖力的标记辅助选择和育种提供理论依据。开展哈萨克羊品种多胎主效基因筛选和标记辅助育种研究,可为哈萨克羊品种的开发利用及遗传资源的保护提供理论依据,也必将有力推动和加速哈萨克羊多胎品系的选育步伐,具有重要的理论意义和重大的应用价值。本实验采用PCR-RFLP方法,对哈萨克羊FecB基因进行PCR-RFLP多态性检测。结果表明:在哈萨克羊群体中FecB基因的A746G酶切位点上均未发现多态性,表明FecB基因的A746G酶切位点不能作为控制哈萨克羊繁殖力的潜在分子标记位点。 In order to explore the molecular mechanism of prolificacy , provide theoretical basis for marker-assisted selec- tion and breeding in sheep. It is of great theoretical and significant application value to carry out the screening and marker-assis- ted breeding of multi-tire main gene of Kazak sheep, which can provides a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Kazak sheep breeds and promote and accelerate the breeding of Kazak sheep multi-tire lines effectively. PCR-RFLP was used to detect polymorphism of FecB gene for Kazakh Sheep in this experiment. The results showed that there was no polymorphism in the A746G restriction site of the FecB gene in the Kazak sheep population,which indicated that the A746G restriction site of the FecB gene could not be used as a potential molecular marker site for controlling the fertility of the Kazak sheep.
