甘南高原是青藏高原的组成部分,甘南高原是高寒草原气候。甘南草原高寒气候是在甘南独特的地理环境条件下形成的。甘南高寒草原生态环境是全球气候变化的"启动器"、"晴雨表",是我国重要生态环境的"协调器"、"调度室"。甘南高寒草原生态环境是我国生态环境保护的重点地区、关键地区、战略地区。研究甘南高原高寒草原气候,分析甘南高原高寒草原气候条件,有利于甘南高原高寒草原生态文明建设,有利于甘南与全国同步是实现小康社会,有利于民族稳定、国家长治久安。

The gannan plateau is belongs to alpine grassland climate, and it is an integral part of the Qinghai--Tibet Plateau. The climate is formed in Gannan＇s unique geographical environment. The ecological environment of Gannan climate is the ＂ starter＂ and ＂barometer＂ of global climate change, furthermore, it is also the ＂coordinator＂ and ＂dispatch room＂ of Chings im- portant ecological environment. What＇s more, the ecological environment is the key and strategic area of China. It is beneficial to Gannan and even the whole country to have the well -- off society to research the climate, analyze the condition, which is beneficial to the national stability and the long -- term stability of the country.
