本文重点阐述了甘南州藏羊产业的基本情况、发展优势和发展情况,介绍了藏羊肉具有高蛋白、肌肉内脂肪含量高、氨基酸含量高等特点。深入分析了藏羊产业发展中存在的困难和问题,并针对存在的问题提出了今后工作的建议。
This paper focuses on the basic situation, development advantages and development of Tibetan sheep industry in Gannan Prefecture, and introduces the characteristics of Tibetan mutton with high protein, high intramuscular fat content and high amino acid content. The difficulties and problems in the development of Tibetan sheep industry are analyzed, and some suggestions for future work are put forward.
