食用动物产品(肉蛋奶)质量安全事关畜牧业生产持续健康发展和人民身体健康,事关公共卫生安全、农民增产增收和社会和谐稳定,责任重大,使命光荣,受到全社会普遍关注。近年来,国内外重大动物疫病和畜产品质量安全事件不断发生,天水市也面临着一定威胁。从国内外经验证明,可追溯体系是提升畜产品质量安全的科学有效的方法和手段,如何建立和完善具有国内先进水平的食用动物产品质量安全控制和追溯技术,已摆在各级政府和畜牧兽医管理部门面前的一大课题。开展食用动物产品质量安全控制与追溯技术,不仅是促进现代畜牧业健康发展的客观要求,而且是关系经济社会发展和人民群众生命健康安全的大事。

Quality safety of animal products （meat,milk and eggs） is associated with sustained development of livestock pro- duction and people＇s health,which is paid close attention to by the whole society. In recent years,major animal diseases and ani- mal products safety incidents occur at home and abroad, so does Tianshui city. It has been proved by experience that a traceabili- ty system is a scientific and effective method to improve the quality and safety of livestock products. It is not only an objective requirement to promote the healthy development of modern animal husbandry, but also a major event in relation to economic and social development and the people＇s health.
