酒糟适口性好,价格便宜,常用作肉牛育肥饲料,可以降低饲养成本且生产效益好。在生产实践中,饲喂不当,肉牛酒糟中毒时有发生,严重的导致肉牛生产性能下降甚至死亡。本文笔者对生产实践中遇见的安格斯黑牛啤酒糟中毒进行介绍。

The beer vinasse is used as beef cattlefeeds because it is cheap and good palatability, which can reduce the cost of production and get more income. In the production practice, beef cattle poisoned by beer vinasse found frequently because of improper feeding. What＇s worse is the beer vinasse leads to the performance of beef cattle decline or even death. I introduced the conditions that Angus black cattle encountered beer vinasse poisoned in the production practice.
