摘要
采用静态生物毒性实验方法研究等级外废弃烤烟叶对5种常见一龄淡水鱼类的急性毒性,为养殖户提供一个参考的使用浓度,实验结果表明:水温22℃时,24.2 g鳙鱼的96 h LC_(50)为42.51 g/m^3,安全浓度为4.3 g/m^3;27.6 g鲢鱼的96 h LC_(50)为43.47 g/m^3,安全浓度为4.3 g/m^3;25.3 g鲫鱼的96 h LC_(50)为104.23 g/m^3,安全浓度为10.4 g/m^3;28.5 g草鱼的96 h LC_(50)为111.78 g/m^3,安全浓度为11.2 g/m^3;28 g鲤鱼的96 h LC_(50)为145.8 g/m^3,安全浓度为14.6 g/m^3。
The static toxicity test was used to study the acute toxicity of discarded tobacco leaves to 5 common one year old freshwater fishes:when the water temperature was 22℃,24.2 g bighead carp of 96 h LC50 for 42.51 g/m^3, the safety concentration of 4.3 g/m3;27.6 g silver carp of 96 h LC50 for 43.47 g/m^3,the safety concentration of 4.3 g/m^3;25.3 g crucian carp of 96 h LCso for 104.23 g/m^3,the safety concentration of 10.4 g/m^3; 28.5 g grass carp of 96 h LC50 for 111.78 g/m^3,the safety concentration of 11.2 g/m^3; 28 g carp of 96 h LC50 for 145.8 g/m^3,the safety concentration of 14.6 g/m^3.
