高职院校图书馆职业文化特色的构建

The Construction of Characteristics of Professional Culture in Higher Vocational College Libraries

职业文化是指人们在长期的职业活动中逐步形成并与职业高度相关,包括职业道德、职业精神、职业意识、职业纪律、职业礼仪和职业行为等内容的文化形态或文化表征。图书馆的职业文化特色,主要体现在物质和精神两个方面,既包含适应现代职业体系的具有普适意义的文化特征,又包括具体到某一职业的相关文化表征。研究实践发现,创新空间体验、建立职业教育特色馆藏、校企文化融通和转变服务方式、创新服务手段是建构图书馆职业文化特色的有效途径,能够有助于图书馆创新发展、校园文化建设和职业教育发展。

Professional culture is gradually formed in long-term professional activities by people and highly correlates to profession, including culture type or culture characteristic, such as professional ethics, professional spirit, professional consciousness, professional discipline, professional etiquette and professional behavior etc. The characteristics of library professional culture, mainly reflecting in two aspects of material and spiritual, not only contain the culture characteristic that adapt to the modem professional system which is universal significant, but also include specific to a particular career relative cultural characteristic. The study practice has found that innovation space experience, establishing the collection of vocational education characteristic, school-enterprise cultural integration and transformation service mode, innovation service ways are the effective ways that can help the innovative development of library, the construction of campus culture and development of vocational education.
