成果导向教育理念下的高职课程“四化”改革——以“餐饮市场营销”为例 被引量:5

The Curriculum Reform of "Four Modernizations" in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Concept of Outcomes-based Education——Taking “Catering Marketing” as an Example

摘要 成果导向教育是当前高职教育改革的主流理念之一,对于高职课程改革有很强的指导意义。当前高职课程改革存在课程目标不明确、课程内容欠合理、教学过程传统化、考核评价较单一等问题。基于成果导向教育理念,以"餐饮市场营销"为例对高职课程改革进行了探索,提出了课程改革的"四化",即课程目标成果化、课程内容情境化、教学过程任务化、考核评价多元化,并探讨了深化课程改革需要注意的问题。 The outcomes-based education is one of the mainstream ideas of education reform in higher vocational colleges, which has great guiding significance for higher vocational curriculum reform. At present, the curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges have some problems, such as unclear curriculum objectives, unreasonable course content, traditional teaching process and single assessment. Based on the concept of outcomes-based education, this paper taking "catering marketing" as an example to explore the curriculum reform of higher vocational colleges, puts forward the "Four Modernizations" of curriculum reform, namely, the outcome of curriculum objectives, the situation of curriculum content, the task of teaching process and the diversification of evaluation. The paper also discusses the problems should be paid attention to in the process of deepening the curriculum reform.
