新挑战下国际贸易专业人才培养模式改革途径分析

Analysis on the Reform Approach of Talents Cultivation Mode in International Trade Specialty under the New Challenges

当前国际贸易专业人才培养面临多种挑战,包括外贸行业环境变化、跨境电商的繁荣、创新创业精神的兴起、培养对象特征的改变等。从人才培养面临多重挑战的角度出发,分析高职院校国际贸易人才培养的改革途径举措,提出行之有效的人才培养模式,即"三维三融三实"新型人才培养模式,为外贸行业输送具备核心专业能力及职业素养的新型优质人才。

At present, the talents cultivation of international trade specialty is faced with a variety of challenges, including environmental changes in foreign trade line, prosperity of cross-border e-commerce, the rise of social innovation and entrepreneurial spirit and the change of the features of cultivation objects. From the perspective of talents cultivation facing the multiple challenges, this paper analyzes the reform measures of international trade talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the effective talents cultivation mode, namely ＂three-dimensional, three-intermingle and three-practice ＂. It will provide the new high-quality talents with core professional ability and vocational quality for the trade line.
