In the face of the development of the internet and education technology, and on the premise of reframing blended teaching concept, this paper grasps the advantages of blended teaching of English listening and speaking with the combination of traditional classes and MOOCs, trying to build a blended teaching mode of English listening and speaking. It discusses related case application and points out possible problems and challenges. It is hoped that through blended teaching of the combination of traditional classes and MOOCs, an effective way to improve the teaching effect of English listening and speaking is explored.
