摘要 南海某海上平台项目平台主发电机组及钻井系统空调机组为海水冷却机组。为实现平台设备陆地调试最大化,需要临时援引码头海水接入平台正式工艺管线,作为发电机组负载试验的冷却媒介以及提供临时海水至钻井系统空调单元。结合系统特殊要求及试验场地条件,设计了一套满足工艺要求的临时海水冷却系统,其各项指标均达到技术要求,保证了项目主发电机组负载试验的顺利完成。 The platform main generator set and drilling system air conditioning unit of a marine project are sea water cooling unit. In order to maximize the land debugging of the platform, it is necessary to quote the formal process pipeline of wharf seawater access platform temporarily as the cooling medium for generator load test and provide temporary air conditioning to the air conditioning unit of the drilling system. In combination with the special requirements of the system and the site conditions, a set of temporary sea water cooling system is designed to meet the requirements of the process after detailed calculation and practical investigation. All the indexes can meet the technical requirements and ensure the successful completion of the load test of the main generator set.
