核电汽轮发电机组双弹簧支撑技术应用及弹簧释放逻辑研究 被引量:1

摘要 在阳江核电1号机1000MW级半速核电机组上,国内首次采用了一种汽轮发电机组基础和凝汽器双弹簧支撑系统。阐述了其汽轮发电机组基础和凝汽器支撑设计方案及负荷分配,介绍了基础弹簧和凝汽器弹簧的布置、结构和释放方法。凝汽器弹簧释放和基础弹簧释放贯穿汽轮发电机组的安装主线,为了保证凝汽器弹簧和基础弹簧之间准确的负荷分配,协调释放两个支撑系统非常关键。首次系统性、完整地归纳总结并提出了凝汽器弹簧和基础弹簧协调释放逻辑,明确了弹簧首次释放的先决条件以及安装调试阶段与启停机过程中重新锁固和再释放的时机,并指出了相关工艺过程的注意事项,为CPR1000、华龙一号、AP1000等同类型机组安装提供借鉴和指导,是对这种核电汽轮发电机组双弹簧支撑技术推广应用的重要技术补充。 A new turbine-generator foundation spring and condenser spring support system is firstly used on Yangjiang unit 1 of 1000MW class half speed nuclear power plant in the domestic. This paper describes turbine-generator foundation and condenser spring support design concept and load distribution, also introduces arrangement, structure and releasing method of foundation spring and condenser spring. Releasing of condenser spring and foundation spring runs through the key erection process of turbine and condenser unit. In order to ensure accurate load distribution between condenser spring and foundation spring in all operation condition, proper release and adjustment of two spring support system is very important. This paper summarizes releasing logic of condenser spring and foundation spring, makes clear the prerequisite of spring release and the opportunity of spring re-lock and re-release during unit erection, commissioning, stat-up and shutdown process, also points out attention matters systematically and entirely in the first time, which provides reference and guidance for the same type CPR1000, HL1000, AP1000 nuclear turbine and generator unit, meanwhile is important supplement for promoting of the double spring support technology on nuclear power turbo-generator unit.
