核电低压转子钢30Cr2Ni4MoV低周疲劳性能研究

Study on Low Cycle Fatigue Properties of 30Cr2Ni4MoV Steel for LP Rotor of Nuclear Steam Turbine

摘要 对30Cr2Ni4MoV进行了拉伸试验和低周疲劳试验,对30Cr2Ni4MoV的拉伸性能进行了分析,得到了大直径转子不同部位力学性能的分布特征和30Cr2Ni4MoV的塑性模量。采用应变控制对30Cr2Ni4MoV进行不同应变幅的低周疲劳试验,结果表明,30Cr2Ni4MoV有明显的循环软化特征,30Cr2Ni4MoV转子钢的芯部与表面低周疲劳性能体现出较好的一致性,并拟合得到该材料Manson-Coffin公式与应变-寿命三参数公式。两种拟合公式都能较好地拟合原始数据,应变-寿命三参数公式能更好地反映材料高周疲劳性能。 Tensile tests and low cycle fatigue tests of 30Cr2Ni4MoV are conducted in this paper. We got tensile distributive characteristics of lager diameter rotor and plastic modulus from tensile properties data. The low cycle fatigue tests of 30Cr2Ni4MoV different strain amplitude was carried out by using the Strain-controlled. The results show that 30Cr2Ni4MoV have significant cyclic softening characteristics and little difference between surface and core of rotor. We got Manson-Coffin and stain-cycle formula parameters by fitting method. Both fitting method can match original data. Stain-cycle formula can reflect high cycle fatigue properties.
