摘要
针对目前在眼科超声乳化仪的性能检测时,超乳探针尖端振动速率的测试中的难点问题进行讨论和研究。为了解决这些难点问题,依据YY 0766-2009的基本测试原理提出一种新的测试方法,该方法主要利用感应线圈和显微成像的方法,对现有的测试方法进行优化和改进。最后通过试验验证该方法的有效性,结果表明提出的新方法能够弥补传统测试方法中的不足,并满足眼科超声乳化治疗仪尖端振动速率精确测量的要求。
This article in view of the difficulties in present performance testingin ophthalmic phaco-emulsification treatment instrument,in order to solve these difficulties in measurement of the velocity of the tip,this paper according to the basic testing principle of YY 0766-2009,we create a new test method,this method is mainly by using the method of induction coil and microscopic imaging,the existing test methods for optimization and improvement.Finally,the effectiveness of this method is verified by experiment,the results show that the proposed new method can make up for the deficiency of the traditional test methods,and satisfy the ophthalmology ultrasonic emulsification instrument tip vibration rate accurate measurement requirements.
