医院疾病上报管理系统的设计与应用

Design and application of disease reporting management system for hospital

目的:研制医院疾病上报管理系统,确保疾病上报的时效性和准确率,提高医院的公共卫生管理水平。方法:使用VS2010、SQL Server 2008设计疾病上报管理系统,完成报卡、审核、上传、统计、培训功能。运用.net 4.0开发的Windows服务程序,定时筛选符合条件的患者信息,并把信息发送给Active MQ服务器,由Active MQ服务器把消息发送给订阅消息的客户机医生站,实现报卡提醒功能。结果:系统应用后,规范了工作流程,建立了学习平台,提高了工作效率,基本杜绝了传染病漏报现象,也大幅提高了其他疾病的上报率。结论:系统使用简单、维护方便、便于扩展,为疾病上报管理提供了一套有力的工具,值得推广使用。

Objective To develop a disease reporting management system to enhance the timeliness and accuracy of disease reporting so as to promote hospital public health management. Methods The system was designed with VS2010 and SQL Server 2008, which was gifted with the functions of filling in the report card, auditing, uploading, statistics and training.Windows service program developed with.net 4.0 selected qualified patient information periodically, and then the information was transmitted to Active MQ server which sent message to the doctor station to remind the doctor to fill in the report card. Results The system contributed to standardizing working flow, establishing study platform, enhancing working efficiency, avoiding missed report of infectious diseases and enhancing the rate of reporting other diseases. Conclusion The system has easy operation, maintenance and extension, and is worthy promoting for reporting management of infectious diseases.
